Five people were killed in a three-vehicle crash yesterday afternoon in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. The crash, involving two passenger cars and a commercial vehicle, happened at the intersection of U.S. Route 40 and new Meadow Run Drive in Wharton near Farmington, at about 1:21 p.m. Authorities remained on the scene into last night.
