NTSB LEADS INVESTIGATION INTO KEY BRIDGE COLLAPSE

The National Transportation Board is beginning its investigation into what caused a cargo ship to slam into the Francis Scott Key Bridge overnight, causing it to collapse.  NTSB Chair Jennifer Homendy told an afternoon news conference that investigators have yet to board the ship.  She says the NTSB is standing back so as to not interfere with search and rescue operations involving the six construction workers who remain missing.  Governor Wes Moore told a late afternoon briefing that they are still actively looking for survivors.
