Governor Justice is turning his back on a bill that would expand the creation of solar power plants in West Virginia. House Bill 5528 was passed during the regular legislative session with the goal of creating more jobs and enticing companies to move into the state. The governor said he refused to sign the bill in order to keep the state’s coal-fired energy industry strong.
