Five people, including an infant were killed in that 3-vehicle crash near Farmington, Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Involved were a tractor-trailer and two other passenger vehicles. Authorities are looking at evidence to determine how the crash occurred. The Fayette County District Attorney’s Office responded to the scene, to determine if charges should be filed later. Route 40 was closed in both directions during the investigation. It reopened around 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
