Frostburg resident Alexander Thomas Carlyle Lyddane was arrested on two Circuit Court bench warrants for violation of pre-trial release on probation charges. His original convictions include second-degree assault where he was sentenced to a 2-year jail term with three years supervised probation in one case. In the second, he was sentenced on the same charge, where he received a two-year jail term with all but 106 days suspended and three years supervised probation. He was released on $2500 unsecured personal bond in each case.
