Twenty-four-year old Alexander Ray Silvious was released on a $10,000 unsecured bond, following an incident Wednesday in the 900-block of Gay Street. Silvious allegedly engaged in a racially motivated physical altercation; during that incident, he allegedly assaulted two people and a vehicle was also damaged. He received a District Court hearing, before being released on bond.
