The Maryland comptroller’s office is helping businesses that have been affected by the collapse of the Key Bridge. Certain late payment penalties and interest will be waived for Maryland businesses. This waiver will last through the end of May. Maryland State Comptroller Brooke Lierman said she hopes this takes the load off businesses that are dealing with issues since the collapse.
