The Hazel Ruby McQuain Charitable Trust is stepping up to the plate with a 50-million-dollar donation for the construction of a new cancer hospital. The new facility will be part of WVU Medicine and appropriately named the Ruby McQuain Comprehensive Cancer Hospital. A set of plans for the new cancer hospital are expected within the next three to five years.
