McHenry resident Nicholas Ryan Owens remained jailed without bond, following a traffic stop in which police discovered suspected methamphetamine and fentanyl inside his vehicle. He was stopped March 25th on Third Street in Oakland by Sheriff’s office deputies and the Maryland State Police, along with the assistance of the Garrett County Narcotics Task Force. Owens will have a preliminary hearing on April 24th.
