PA. MAN, WANTED FOR ROBBERY, ARRESTED IN CUMBERLAND

Waynesburg, Pennsylvania resident Carlos Manuel Barbosa, who had been wanted for a robbery of the Pilot Travel Center in Hagerstown, was arrested Tuesday in Cumberland. The robbery took place in December of last year. Barbosa was accused of assaulting an employee of the Halfway Boulevard business, and stealing 19 cartons of cigarettes, valued at more than $2,000. He remained jailed, as of yesterday, at the Allegany County Detention Center.
