The elevator at City Hall will be out of commission, beginning Monday through May 31st for replacement. Tax and utility customers have a variety of options for paying their bill: online at www.cumberlandmd.gov, the dropbox outside of City Hall; the drive-by box at the Chamber of Commerce, or by credit card, by phone. That number is 844-984-0459. Citizens coming to City Hall, who are unable to use the stairs, will be able to use a telephone located at the basement entry on Frederick Street to call for assistance from the Tax and Utility Department.
