Windber resident Tony Eppolito is accused of allegedly kidnapping a woman this past weekend. He allegedly threatened her with a gun, holding her hostage inside his 5th Street home in Windber Borough. She was able to break free on Sunday. A search of his home yielded drugs, paraphernalia and a rifle. He faces a variety of charges, and is being held in the Somerset County Jail on $200,000 bail.
