There are 46 new board-certified teachers in West Virginia. The West Virginia Board of Education and the Department of Education honored those who completed the additional training at a ceremony in Charleston yesterday. Nationally certified teachers are also given an annual salary enhancement of 35-hundred dollars through the state Department of Education.
