It’s been a long road to the Ryman for Jo Dee Messina. The ’90s country icon made her debut at the “Mother Church of Country Music” this past weekend. She performed in front of a sold-out crowd. Even after nine chart-topping hits, 16 Top 40s, and GRAMMY, ACM, and CMA-recognition, she’d never headlined the iconic venue. Messina’s Ryman stop wa part of her “Heads Carolina, Tails California (HCTC-2) Tour.”
