The former Chief Operating Officer of the Citizens Conservation Corp admits she stole money from federal programs. Jennifer Douglas pleaded guilty to taking nearly 60-thousand dollars from the National Park Service grant that was supposed to be used to hire interns to work at the Olmsted Center for Landscape Preservation. The 48-year-old Douglas faces ten years in prison when she is sentenced this August.
