MAN ARRESTED AS FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE

Keyser resident Joshua Dale Smith was arrested as a fugitive from justice. He was wanted by Mineral County authorities on a domestic assault charge. He was being held on a detainer at the Allegany County Detention Center.
