Twenty-nine-year-old Amber Rose Westfall is being held without bond, following her arrest on Friday. When she was told she was under arrest for an April 30th incident, she fled on foot. She was eventually taken into custody, and a search yielded a quantity of drug paraphernalia. She received a District Court hearing and was ordered held without bond.
