Cumberland resident Tamara Siebert was charged with second-degree assault after her arrest Monday evening in the 500-block of Broadway Circle. The victim told police that Ms. Siebert had kicked them in the ribs several times, and the injuries were consistent with the victim’s account. She was later released on her own recognizance.
