The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania State Police and members of local law enforcement agencies are engaged in a campaign aimed at promoting driver safety. Officers in Western Pennsylvania and across the Commonwealth are hoping the Click It or Ticket campaign, with its zero-tolerance message, will lead more motorists and their passengers to wear their seat belts. The campaign runs through June 2nd.
