An Allegany County grand jury has indicted Frostburg resident Joshua Evan Bookheimer on two charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substances. An indictment was returned on April 25th. The Cumberland Times-News states that Bookheimer was arrested Monday and released Tuesday on his personal recognizance, after appearing at a bond hearing. No trial date has been scheduled.
