Governor Wes Moore has announced that the Maryland Higher Education Commission has launched the Expanding SUCCESS initiative. The program will provide coaching, financial support, and other resources to increase access to higher education. Baltimore City Community College, Prince George’s Community College, and Wor-Wic Community College will be taking part in the pilot program with each receiving 125-thousand-dollars in funding.
