Two men from Ridgeley died in separate crashes yesterday. James Thomas Shillingburg was killed in a wreck with Charles Meyers of Sharpsburg on New Germany Road in Garrett County. That collision is still under investigation. And, Daniel Edward Ryan died in a tractor-trailer accident in Frederick County. Ryan was declared dead at the single-vehicle crash on Raven Rock Road in Frederick County. The cause of that crash remains under investigation, according to the Cumberland Times-News.
