HAGERSTOWN MANSLAUGHTER SUSPECT LOCATED IN GEORGIA

Hagerstown Police say a woman charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of her 10-month-old daughter has been located in Georgia.  Thirty-seven-year-old Ashley Franklin was wanted for failing to appear in court in March and she is currently awaiting extradition back to Maryland.  Franklin and William Antonio Conyers were both indicted in connection with the infant’s death in 2021.
