A.G. SUES GUN STORES FOR FACILITATING ILLEGAL GUN TRAFFICKING

Maryland’s Attorney General has announced a lawsuit against three federally licensed gun dealers.  Anthony Brown says Engage Armament, United Gun Shop and Atlantic Guns are accused of illegally selling dozens of firearms to a straw purchaser who then trafficked the weapons – mainly into DC.  Brown says the Montgomery County gun dealers are accused of ignoring warning signs and selling Demetrius Minor 34 semiautomatic pistols over a seven-month period, in violation of state and federal laws.
