Four Cumberland residents have now been arrested in connection with the Sept. 6th kidnapping, assault and robbery of a man, who was taken from a Bedford Street residence to a McMullen Highway location. Investigation by multiple enforcement units led to arrests of Xavier Z. Barger, James Dylan Miller, Kevin F. Hupe, and as previously stated here, Sincere J. Isaac, all on charges of kidnapping, armed robbery, attempted first-degree murder and related offenses.
