A death investigation is underway in Meyersdale after a body was discovered there. Troopers were investigating in the area of Flaugherty Creek, near the Paul E. Faller Playground and Park, near Dale Street. There is not threat to the public, according to Somerset County District Attorney Molly Metzgar.
