Initial filings for unemployment are rising across Pennsylvania. That’s according to the U.S. Department of Labor, which says that for the work ending November 22nd, more than 14-thousand-400 Pennsylvanians filed initial filings for unemployment. That number is nearly three-thousand more than the week prior. Nationally, unemployment claims dropped for the week.
