MARYLAND A.G. RELEASES 2025 LEGISLATIVE PRIORITIES

Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown has announced his legislative priorities for the 2025 Maryland General Assembly session. Brown plans to introduce a series of bills that focus on protecting the civil rights, health, and well-being of Marylanders with a focus on the most vulnerable. Brown’s proposed legislation includes advanced protections for assisted living residents who experience abuse or exploitation and ensuring that workers receive the wages they are owed. Brown says he’s looking forward to working together with lawmakers to make Maryland a more just and equitable state.
