Fulton Bank is planning to close over a dozen branches, including three in York County. The Lancaster-based bank says the locations in Hellam, Dillsburg, and Shrewsbury will close in April. A total of 15 branches are set to close, seven of which are in Pennsylvania. Bank officials say the closures are being made to align with “trends in how customers conduct their banking.”
