Oakland resident Melissa Ann Wilson has entered a guilty plea to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine; Garrett County State’s Attorney Christian Mash is seeking the maximum five year sentence, citing a prior criminal history, including a conviction for the same charge, in which a five year-sentence was also imposed. She was arrested in July of last year; the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office found methamphetamine and electronic communications in which Ms. Wilson discussed the sale of methamphetamine.
