Cumberland resident Samantha Michelle Nelson was released on an unsecured $2500 bond, after breaking and entering a home from which she had just been evicted. The owners of the property had arrived at the Boone Street residence to change the locks and found the front door had been kicked in and Ms. Nelson asleep. She was arrested and made an initial appearance in Allegany County District Court.
