The City of Cumberland will host a spring cleanup day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Neighborhood Dumpster collection sites will be at Braddock Middle School, Constitution Park’s Long Field, and the parking lot at Tilghman and School streets. Restricted items include tires, batteries, paint, appliances and hazardous materials.
