Fifty-four-year-old Charnella Scarlett Rosenthal was arrested at the Hampton Inn on Welton Drive Monday. Police found a nude woman wandering the halls of the hotel, creating a disturbance. Police then responded two hours later and she was arrested. She was charged with disorderly conduct, failure to obey, and indecent exposure. She was held on a temporary commitment.
