Frostburg State University is reporting a student has passed away on campus. In a Facebook post, Interim FSU President Dr. Darlene Brannigan Smith wrote there are few details, but a vigil is being planned. The students’ family has been notified. Crisis counseling has been established. Dr. Smith stressed there is no risk to the safety of the campus community.
