The Washington County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a suspect in the murder of a woman in Clear Spring. Investigators say 30-year-old Paige Grove was found dead Friday morning in the unit block of North Mill Street and 32-year-old Taylor Rowles was arrested a short time later. Rowles is being held without bond on one count each of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree assault and second-degree assault. The Sheriff’s Office is asking for any surveillance footage of a suspicious man walking through the town between the afternoon of May 15th and the morning of May 16th.
