State Senator Tom Willis is preparing a campaign for the U.S. Senate in 2026. The Berkeley County Republican has filed official documentation with the Federal Election Commission for his “Tom Willis Victory” organization. Willis will challenge incumbent Senator Shelley Moore Capito, who recently received President Trump’s endorsement. The former Army Green Beret finished fourth in the 2018 Republican Senate primary.
