Six Oakland residents were arrested on drug possession charges. The original complaint was for neglect of an adult, along with drug violations. Taken into custody were Lisa Kay Kitzmiller, Chantel Nicole Ashby, Heather Lynn Dewitt, Dottie Delsa Alvey, Dean Russell Stallard, and Scotty Allen Hebb. Ms. Kitzmiller was charged with neglect of a vulnerable adult and possession of methamphetamines. Ms. Ashby was charged with child neglect and possession of methamphetamines and fentanyl, along with possession of methamphetamines in a place of confinement. The others were charged with counts related to possession of fentanyl and methamphetamines. The raid took place in the Hutton Road area, according to the Cumberland Times-News.
