Smyrna, Tennessee resident Jayquan Coleman was arrested as a fugitive from justice. He was wanted in Tennessee, and was held at the Allegany County Detention Center and later released to the custody of the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office for transport to the county Adult Detention Center there.
