Delegate April McClain Delaney says 17-million-dollars in federal funding has been secured for the 6th District in next year’s appropriations package. The funding will be used for upgrading emergency services and public safety, the repair of aging bridges, investments in local infrastructure and expanding job training. McClain Delaney says funding will also support nonprofits that serve the most vulnerable.
