SALES TAX HOLIDAY BEGINS IN WEST VIRGINIA

Governor Patrick Morrisey spotlighted West Virginia’s upcoming sales tax holiday starting today at Meadowbrook Mall in Bridgeport.  The four-day holiday will save West Virginians an estimated three-point-four-million dollars.  Items exempt from sales tax include clothing costing 125 dollars or less, school supplies priced at 50 dollars or less, and computers priced at 500 dollars or less.  The tax holiday runs from Friday until Monday at midnight.
