Lianna King, of Preston County is facing charges of neglect after a pellet gun shooting that killed a 9-year-old late last year. The shooting happened at her home, where she was responsible for watching a group of children. She took Lane Sines to the hospital, where he died while being treated. Ms. King after pleading not guilty and was freed on a $100,000 bond. She has a preliminary hearing on Wednesday in Preston County Magistrate Court.
