A judge has denied bond in a Montgomery County Court, for Catherine Hoggle, who is accused of killing her children, Sarah and Jacob. The children disappeared more than a decade ago. Ms. Hoggle was indicted last week on two counts of first-degree murder; charges against her were dropped in 2022, after she was found incompetent to stand trial. The children’s father, Troy Turner, a native of Cumberland, believes Hoggle killed their children, and has spent the last decade trying to find them.
