Baltimore Fabrication is shutting down its plant after more than a decade in the city and moving operations to Pennsylvania. The closure, set for the end of November, will cut 33 jobs, according to a state filing. The company is investing six-point-two million dollars to expand its facilities in York County, creating 75 jobs over three years and retaining 47 others. The move follows Pennsylvania’s approval of nearly 450 thousand dollars in state grants to support the expansion and workforce training.
