The U.S. Justice Department says it will seek the death penalty against Teresa Youngblut, a member of the cultlike Zizian group, who were arrested in Allegany County in February. Youngblut is accused of fatally shooting U.S. Border Patrol Agent David Maland on January 20th, the same day President Donald Trum was inaugurated and signed a sweeping executive order, lifting the moratorium on federal executions.
