Maryland Governor Wes Moore and Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott are reacting after state lawmakers received bomb threats on Thursday. The governor says thankfully, the threats against Senate President Bill Ferguson and Speaker Adrienne Jones were deemed non-credible and everyone is safe. Moore says his administration takes those kinds of threats seriously and violence of any type – including rhetoric and threats – will not be tolerated. Mayor Scott says he’s grateful that Ferguson, Jones and their families are safe. The mayor says these incidents and others can cause real harm and they have to stop.
