The Hagerstown Parks and Recreation Department says city parks have officially closed for the 2025 season. Officials say while visitors are still able to enjoy the parks during the off-season, some amenities will be limited. Restrooms will be closed except for Fairgrounds Park and City Park, where there are portable restrooms and the water will no longer be available at the dog park as of October 31st. Pavilion rentals are not available during the off-season, but rental applications for next year are being accepted.
