WOMAN CHARGED WITH FAILURE TO APPEAR

Cumberland resident Regan Karrine Tilson was served a bench warrant by Cumberland City Police for failure to appear. The original charge was trespassing. She received a District Court hearing, and was released on her own recognizance pending trial.
