Former Somerset County Magisterial District Judge candidate Amy Thomas is being accused of forging signatures on her ballot petitions. She allegedly forged the signatures of nearly 50 local residents during her campaign for the district judge seat earlier this year. Questionable signatures reportedly included misspelled names, wrong last names or incorrect addresses listed. Thomas was arraigned yesterday morning, and is free without bail.
