A man is accused of breaking into a house in Fayette County and severely beating a woman who lives there. Anthony Boyer is in custody on counts including attempted homicide and aggravated assault. State police say Boyer went to the Brownsville home of a woman who had a protection order against him early yesterday morning, broke out a window, and went inside. He then beat the woman with a tire iron and a baseball bat, according to authorities. Officials say Boyer also punched another woman who lives in the home multiple times. No additional details on the conditions of the victims have been released.
