According to the Cumberland Times-News, when the remaining members of the Allegany County Animal Shelter’s foundation resigned last week, legally, their exit didn’t count. Steps, which were discussed at yesterday’s Allegany County Commissioners’ work session, must be taken to formally dissolve the Foundation, so that shelter assets can be transferred to the county.
